Summary

CoinGecko is hiring a Senior Product Manager to drive user adoption and increase engagement of products. The role involves product development, strategy, leadership, insights/research, product lifecycle, analytics, influence, reporting, documentation, staying up-to-date with industry trends, coaching, and supporting ad hoc tasks.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of work experience with a software or consumer-based product
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new customer knowledge, blockchain/cryptocurrency industry and domain knowledge, as well as overall business and product operations
• Demonstrated ability to use the techniques and methods of modern product discovery, product optimization, product delivery, and the full product development life cycle
• Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgment to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative
• Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business – engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing
