Requirements

  • Have 8+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on hiring for sales roles in EMEA, preferably at SaaS companies
  • Possess a deep understanding of the EMEA talent market and familiarity with regional hiring practices
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering exceptional candidate experiences and fostering trust throughout the hiring process
  • Be skilled at filling roles quickly and effectively while maintaining a high bar for quality
  • Possess strong cross-functional collaboration skills, partnering seamlessly with hiring managers and stakeholders across time zones
  • Have the ability to design and execute innovative hiring strategies that align with Postman’s growth goals
  • Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and excel at prioritizing and pivoting as needed

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with hiring managers across EMEA to understand their hiring needs and craft tailored recruitment strategies
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for GTM roles in Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, with a focus on building our regional sales presence
  • Source, identify, and engage top-tier talent using creative and proactive methods that align with the regional talent market
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by acting as a trusted guide throughout the recruitment process
  • Drive operational excellence by maintaining efficient workflows and high data integrity in our ATS
  • Analyze hiring metrics and leverage insights to optimize recruitment strategies and inform decision-making
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends in EMEA, particularly in SaaS and GTM functions, to maintain competitive hiring practices
