Summary

Join Salsify's Talent Acquisition team as a Senior GTM Recruiter and play a key role in scaling customer-facing teams. You will own full-cycle recruitment for Go-To-Market (GTM) roles, partnering with hiring managers to understand requirements and team dynamics. Responsibilities include sourcing high-caliber candidates, advising on best practices, providing data-driven reporting, and representing Salsify's brand and culture. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles in a high-growth tech company, a proven track record of creative sourcing, and success hiring for Sales, Marketing, and post-sales roles. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles at a high-growth/tech company
  • A proven record of utilizing creative sourcing strategies; you don’t rely on referrals or inbound applications to fill your roles
  • Proven success hiring for Sales, Marketing, and/or post-sales roles across a range of levels (IC to leadership)
  • A seamless ability to build rapport with candidates and employees regardless of hierarchy
  • A strategic mindset paired with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude β€” you’re comfortable managing reqs independently and making decisions with confidence
  • A self-starting and resourceful work ethic, needing little to no guidance, but with enough humility to know when to ask for help
  • Experience using ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Sense of humor needed to join the team!

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles β€” from intake to close β€” with a focus on Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and more
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and GTM leaders to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and success profiles
  • Source and engage high-caliber passive candidates through a variety of channels, with an emphasis on quality, speed, and candidate experience
  • Advise hiring teams on recruiting best practices, interview process design, and decision-making frameworks
  • Provide a data-driven approach to pipeline management, reporting, and prioritization
  • Represent our brand and culture in the talent market β€” ensuring every candidate walks away with a positive impression, whether they join or not
  • Help build and refine recruiting processes that scale, in collaboration with the broader Talent Acquisition team
  • Continuously work to raise the bar on the level of talent we are bringing into Salsify!
