Requirements

  • A minimum of 7+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within a multinational corporation (MNC)
  • Ideally in a high-tech environment, where you have supported an Engineering population
  • Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to align HR programs and initiatives to support. You will also be adept at diagnosing and resolving business challenges
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects without compromising quality or deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills with experience in managing project plans, meeting deadlines, and proactively identifying and addressing potential blockers or risks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and provide trusted HR support
  • Extensive experience in handling employee relations issues, talent management programs, and stakeholder management
  • A natural problem solver and quick learner with strong analytical abilities. Ability to use data to inform decisions and measure the impact of solutions
  • A passion for continuous improvement, experimentation, and an analytical approach to improving HR processes and business outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the business on key HR programs, including performance and pay review cycles, compensation support, salary planning, probation assessments, promotion, and succession planning processes
  • Work closely with line managers to enhance and support their management capabilities and business goals, ensuring alignment with Companyโ€™s mission, priorities and people practices, to deliver a great employee experience
  • Manage and resolve various employee relations issues, fostering a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment
  • Review and analyze key business metrics, such as employee retention and experience data, and provide actionable recommendations to improve outcomes
  • Collaborate with the global people team to effectively design and implement global People initiatives and programs across the business, with a particular focus on career development-related initiatives
  • Focus on employee engagement and culture building.Look for ways to advance and reinforce our culture. Help oversee employee surveys, analyze results, identify gaps, and recommend improvements for continuous engagement and retention
  • Act as a change agent, driving smooth transitions and supporting the business during organizational changes

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in Google Suite, Excel or similar skills a plus, along with experience managing global HR tools (e.g., Lattice, Bamboo)
