You will be a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement, talent development, and organizational performance. This role involves developing and executing people strategies, managing employee relations, and implementing talent programs. You will support high-growth SaaS and private equity-backed organizations, working with teams across all departments and regions, including those outside the U.S. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent management, employee relations, and HR program execution in a global organization. This position requires strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in SaaS or high-growth, PE-backed environments
  • Proven success in talent management, employee relations, and HR program execution in a global organization
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence and partner with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field (HR certification a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement talent programs, including performance management, career development, and succession planning
  • Partner with business leaders to assess talent needs, identify skills gaps, and support employee development initiatives
  • Promote adoption of performance tools and ensure consistency in approach across teams
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, conducting investigations and providing balanced, practical solutions
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices while promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Coach managers on effective employee engagement and conflict resolution techniques
  • Collaborate with leaders to align HR initiatives with business strategies and objectives
  • Provide data-driven insights and guidance to improve organizational health, retention, and performance
  • Support organizational design and change management efforts
  • Lead the implementation of HR programs such as onboarding, engagement, recognition, and DEI initiatives
  • Contribute to process improvements and the creation of scalable HR solutions
