Summary

Join Reddit's People & Culture team as a seasoned Lead HR Business Partner, strategically partnering with senior executives to shape people strategies aligned with business goals. You will act as a trusted advisor on complex organizational challenges, consulting with senior leaders, influencing cross-functional decisions, and creating scalable solutions. This role supports Reddit's Sales organization and involves leading high-impact initiatives, resolving employee relations issues, coaching leaders, and collaborating with various People & Culture teams. You will champion Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging efforts and mentor junior HRBPs. The position requires significant experience in strategic HR disciplines and influencing senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong background in HRBP work across fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Deep expertise in strategic HR disciplines including executive coaching, organizational design, organizational development, change management, talent planning, and employee relations
  • Demonstrated ability to advise and influence senior leaders, including C-level, with confidence and clarity
  • Track record of leading complex organizational change and scaling people programs across multiple client groups
  • Expert in navigating ambiguity and creating structure, systems, and clarity where none exists
  • Strong analytical and data storytelling capabilities; experience using metrics to inform and influence decision-making
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across diverse, cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional facilitation and written and verbal communication skills; known for clarity, executive presence, and thoughtfulness
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a bias for action and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic thought partner to executive and senior leadership, influencing decisions across org design, talent strategy, leadership development, and business transformation
  • Drive alignment between people strategy and business goals at scale, using data and insights to shape direction and inform decisions
  • Lead and scale complex, high-impact cross-functional initiatives across multiple client groups
  • Own and resolve complex and sensitive employee relations cases with sound judgment and alignment to Reddit’s values
  • Serve as a trusted coach and advisor to leaders across Director, Senior Director, and C-level, offering guidance on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development
  • Collaborate with partners across People & Culture (e.g., Total Rewards, DIB, People Operations) to build integrated, proactive solutions
  • Champion Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging efforts, with a deep understanding of how to embed DIB into systems, processes, and decision-making
  • Regularly mentor and advise more junior HRBPs across the team, sharing knowledge, best practices, and expertise
  • Translate workforce trends and predictive analytics into strategic actions for client groups and the broader business
  • Shape Reddit’s talent strategy by influencing the design and implementation of programs, tools, and frameworks across the P&C function
  • Act as a critical thought partner for how we execute our Talent & Leadership Development programs, ensuring they are scalable and aligned with our Talent Management philosophy
  • Improve and iterate on Reddit’s current leadership, key talent, talent management, and professional development programs

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or consulting experience
