Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR administration, with a focus on process design and optimization
  • Strong understanding of compliance, legal entity setup processes, and building partnerships with external service providers
  • Experience with HRIS systems and database management
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, capable of identifying opportunities for improvement and driving change
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in documentation and reporting
  • Good level of spoken and written English and Russian

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve HR admin processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
  • Oversee the setup of new legal entities, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations
  • Identify, establish, and manage partnerships with external service providers in different countries to support local compliance and HR operations, building efficient processes for collaboration
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal files, contracts, and other documentation
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards
  • Manage HR databases and HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency
  • Support audits and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to internal and external requirements
  • Oversee administrative tasks related to HR events, activities, and projects, ensuring smooth execution

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of local labor laws in multiple jurisdictions
