Summary
Join Delivery Associates (DA), a global social impact consultancy, as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator! This fully remote role, based in Brazil, Peru, or Ireland, is crucial for ensuring smooth recruitment operations. You will support recruiters by coordinating interviews, maintaining accurate data in our ATS (Greenhouse), and ensuring all documentation is up-to-date. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and a reliable team player. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring teams to streamline processes and contribute to a positive hiring experience. Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in a recruitment or HR setting
- Strong organisational skills and ability to handle competing priorities
- Experience using an ATS, ideally Greenhouse
- Comfortable working across time zones and managing calendars
- Proficiency in Google Suite and collaborative tools such as Slack
- Fluent written and spoken English
Responsibilities
- Support recruiters by coordinating and scheduling interviews across time zones
- Liaise with candidates and hiring teams to ensure smooth scheduling and clear communication
- Update and maintain interview logistics, calendar invites, and related documentation
- Monitor and maintain accurate data in our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
- Ensure candidate records, pipeline stages, and job statuses reflect real-time activity
- Support the upkeep of templates, interview plans, and recruitment documentation
- Organise and maintain internal trackers to support visibility across open roles and progress
- Assist with background documentation, follow-ups, and administrative tasks to support recruiters
- Conduct regular audits of our ATS to ensure accuracy and consistency in partnership with the People Data Analyst, Regional Ops Specialist and any other relevant stakeholders
- Help identify inconsistencies or areas of improvement in documentation or system use
- Help identify and close knowledge gaps by keeping TA reference materials current and accessible
- Support other recruitment-related activities as needed, including contributing to team projects or new initiatives
- Collaborate with the People Operations team on tasks related to onboarding, documentation, or candidate handover processes
- Remain flexible and open to taking on new responsibilities that contribute to a smooth and efficient hiring experience
