Requirements

  • Strong background in B2B outreach and prospecting β€” particularly via LinkedIn and email β€” with a proven ability to identify, engage, and convert hard-to-reach executives
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach automation tools, and Hubspot
  • Proven ability to write compelling, personalized outreach messages that get replies
  • Deep understanding of email deliverability and campaign performance optimization
  • Familiarity with the latest generative AI tools and how to use them effectively in outreach workflows
  • Excellent written English and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead, support, and grow a team of 5 sourcers focused on identifying and reaching out to prospective instructors
  • Develop, test, and optimize LinkedIn and email outreach strategies to improve open and response rates
  • Build high-quality outreach funnels and messaging sequences using automation and personalization best practices
  • Monitor and improve email deliverability, domain health, and messaging performance
  • Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate and scale prospecting efforts without sacrificing quality
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Content, Talent, Ops) to align outreach with instructor needs
  • Report on performance metrics and continuously refine team processes for better outcomes
