Requirements

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
Extensive experience in technical talent acquisition, ideally within blockchain, decentralized technology, or related industries
Deep understanding of blockchain, decentralized networks, and related technologies
Strong networking abilities and a track record of successful talent spotting and attraction
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate Openmesh's vision effectively
