Senior Manager, Human Resources

Summary

The job description is for an HR Leader position at MMS, a data-focused clinical research organization. Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related experience
• 5-12 years of experience in Human Resources (depending on level)
• Experience with ADP as an HRIS and/or payroll provider
• Experience with benefit administration
• Experience with employee relations
• Extensive EU Employment Law knowledge
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, or similar industries

Responsibilities

• Extensive knowledge of Europe HR Legal regulations
• Advises organization on policy changes related to Employment Law practices and trends
• Leads for all Europe-specific HR Policies
• Has high level of proficiency in compensation planning and payroll practices
• Conducts assessment of internal and external compensation equity
• Experienced with Employee Relations management
• Provides high quality service to internal and external customers
• Proficient at organizing and maintaining HR records
• Defines project scope, develops project plans, budget, and leads HR project implementation to completion
• Stays abreast of external HR trends and legal requirements
• Expert at organizing individual projects and tasks to ensure on time task, project and goals completion
• As a member of the Global HR Leadership Team, helps identify Learning and Development needs
• Has an in-depth knowledge of full cycle of Talent Acquisition process
