Senior Implementation Developer

Summary

Stensul is a platform that reduces email creation time by up to 90%. The company integrates with various ESPs/MAPs and offers solutions for top brands. A remote first Customer Success team member will own the implementation process for new customers, work as an expert user, collaborate with team members, provide feedback to the product team, and add positive energy to the company.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge in HTML and CSS development
• Knowledge on email development is a big plus
• Extreme attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
• Comfortable making UX decisions and mockups
• Desire to engage with customers throughout the implementation process and ability to put the customer first
• Process oriented thinking
• Possess at minimum an Upper Intermediate level in communicating in English
• A team player

Responsibilities

• Owning the implementation for each new customer by working closely with a cross-functional onboarding team
• Building and testing customer instances
• Working as an expert Stensul user and providing constant feedback to the product team
• Serving as a Stensul first user and adding proactive and positive energy to the company
