Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven Experience in setting up and enhancing IT processes and operations
• Strategic Mindset with demonstrated ability to create and execute IT strategies that align with organizational goals
• Policy & Procedure Expertise with experience in developing, implementing, and enforcing clear IT policies and procedures
• Technical Proficiency with strong knowledge of Google Workspace, cloud services, SSO, and MDM solutions (JumpCloud)
• Leadership Skills with proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
• Excellent Communication skills with ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong Organizational Skills with meticulous attention to detail and exceptional documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects with an analytical mindset
• Focus on the minutest details and actively engage in hands-on tasks
• Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the organization's goals
• Establish, document, and maintain clear IT policies, procedures, and best practices
• Identify areas for improvement within IT operations and implement solutions
• Oversee the selection, testing, and integration of new IT systems/applications
• Ensure data security and compliance through robust security measures and regular system audits
• Manage relationships with third-party service providers
• Build and lead a high-performing IT team as the function expands
• Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with strategic objectives
• Identify, assess, and mitigate IT-related risks
• Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime and data loss
• Create and maintain a technology roadmap outlining future IT investments and initiatives
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT operations and regularly report on progress to stakeholders
