Senior Marketing Operations Manager

Summary

Join Keeper Security as a Senior Marketing Operations Manager and drive operational efficiencies, pipeline, and revenue growth in this 100% remote position. Collaborate with teams to optimize the marketing tech stack, develop data-driven strategies, and support revenue growth.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Marketing Operations experience in B2B SaaS
• Expert HubSpot admin and advanced Salesforce user
• Experience with other martech platforms like RingLead, SalesLoft, Showpad, Demandbase and ZoomInfo
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools – Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is a must
• Strong understanding of lead management processes and marketing automation best practices
• Deep passion for data and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to distill insights from data to drive future strategies, with proven experience in maintaining data accuracy and quality
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the marketing tech stack
• Oversee website operations
• Develop and refine data-driven marketing strategies
• Ensure accurate data flow from campaigns to attribution and reporting frameworks
• Create and maintain marketing automation workflows and nurture campaigns
• Build and manage marketing dashboards, reports and KPIs
• Own the marketing-to-sales handoff process and lead recycling
• Support the development and execution of account-based marketing operations
• Continuously analyze marketing data to identify opportunities for process improvements
• Ensure data integrity and perform regular maintenance and enhancements of marketing datasets

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with channel marketing and sales teams
• HubSpot certifications
• Salesforce administrator certified
