Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in IT procurement, with a focus on mobile and data services
  • Experience in negotiating complex contracts is essential
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Knowledge of mobile technologies, telecommunications networks, and industry trends
  • Familiarity with procurement tools, systems, and processes. Experience with e-procurement platforms is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement and contract management
  • Fluent business English (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the negotiation and re-negotiation of mobile and data contracts with vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with mobile service providers, ensuring effective communication, issue resolution, and performance monitoring
  • Analyze current mobile service contracts and identify opportunities for cost savings through negotiation, consolidation, or alternative solutions

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT, finance, and legal teams, to align procurement strategies with business objectives and requirements
