Requirements

  • At least 5 to 7 years of Information Technology support and/or Information Technology system engineering
  • Demonstrated ability administrating one or more of our core platforms of Google Workspace, Okta, JAMF, Microsoft Intune, Atlassian and Github
  • Experience with managing Identity Access Management capabilities and principles, such as SSO (Okta), SCIM, OAuth
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to juggle, shift gears and maintain a sense of humor!
  • Proficiency in industry-standard service management standard methodologies
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, SOC2 and/or HITRUST compliance frameworks
  • Superb communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable when communicating with multiple roles and teams, adapting communications to a wide variety of audiences
  • Demonstrated analysis and assessment capabilities
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to resolve a diverse set of technical challenges
  • Contribute to and lead IT projects, assisting with development and architecture of our operational systems that support our community
  • Identify and resolve system problems, demonstrating persistence and resourcefulness
  • Apply your industry experience into selecting the correct tool or technique for the problem at hand
  • Exercise independent judgment in determining how to achieve the final results expected and typically communicate issues and progress on a periodic basis
  • Clearly communicate status updates, blockers, reasoning, and assumptions
  • Write clear and comprehensive documentation
  • Seek out feedback and demonstrate a dedication to continuous improvement
  • Promote an environment that values, encourages and supports differences
