Requirements
- Role: Java Solution Architect (Capital Marketing, Banking Domain)
- Years of Experience: 12+ years
- Location: 100% Remote
- Deep expertise & understanding of Capital Markets and FX area
- Ability to solve a complex environment
- Experience in Java, JEE, Web Services (SOAP and REST), Database development (both SQL and no-SQL)
- Hands-on experience in one of the leading market integration platforms and message brokers (e.g. Tibco, WebMethods, IBM AppConnect, Service Mix, ActiveMQ, Kafka etc.)
- Reactive programming experience (e.g. Rx Java, Observers, even-driven programming principles)
- Experience in agile / scrum approach
- Excellent English language verbal and written communication
- Ability to facilitate design discussions and communicate architectural decisions
- Experience in creating reliable solution plans in cooperation with business and multi-disciplinary teams: cost estimation, delivery approaches
- Demonstrable experience in the system and/or solution design area in Capital Markets and FX area
- Client management experience (Senior Stakeholder management)
Responsibilities
- Work as a Hands-on Solution Architect to contribute to various streams of implementation projects
- Working with senior business leaders from the Capital markets team
- Plan and monitor of the project deliverables from the team
- Collaborate with team members, mentor the project team to plan, develop and implement project activities to achieve project and client goals
- Manage relationships with the client, key stakeholders, subject matter experts
- Participate in the organization-wide people initiatives
- Making hands dirty with code during team support and leading
Preferred Qualifications
- Certificates proving certain skills: AWS, Azure, TOGAF, ArchiMate, COBIT etc
- Experience in another programming language is a plus
Benefits
$120,000 - $140,000 a year
