Summary

You will enhance content quality and drive engagement across all channels, developing a consistent brand voice and crafting compelling copy. Responsibilities include creating student-facing communications, developing writing guidelines, tracking campaign performance, and optimizing content through A/B testing. This role offers opportunities to shape content and build relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a related field, exceptional writing and editing skills, and experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a B2C environment. The position offers a hybrid work approach, various office amenities, and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related discipline
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading experience, combined with expert language skills
- Demonstrated experience within a marketing and/or communications function, preferably within a B2C environment
- Proven record of delivering end-to-end customer communications
- Experience developing customer communication strategies, understanding customer impacts/opportunities, and creating channel plans
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or with a similar platform
- Ability to think critically and strategically with strong planning and organisational skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of basic HTML coding, UX and email design
Responsibilities
- Support the Communications team by enhancing content, quality and driving engagement across all channels
- Develop a consistent brand voice, crafting compelling copy that resonates with the audience and is optimised for each channel
- Create student-facing communications ensuring content is relevant, personalised, and aligned with business goals
- Develop writing guidelines to ensure clarity and consistency in future communications, contributing to the overall communication strategy
- Track and report on campaign performance, focusing on key KPIs and A/B testing to optimise content
