Requirements

• Minimum two years of mortgage origination experience
• Current NMLS License (multiple states preferred)

Responsibilities

• Originate the entire spectrum of mortgage loan products, including RenoFi home equity renovation loans
• Build referral relationships with contractors, builders, realtors, and other referral sources
• Work on 10-15 fresh, exclusive leads per week
• Close traditional loans
