Requirements

  • Obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Possess minimum 8+ years in account management
  • Have at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in managing corporate clients and delivering complex service solutions
  • Possess strong relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking with a proven ability to identify growth opportunities within accounts
  • Possess excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Show proficiency in CRM tools and account management platforms
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate teams in a collaborative environment

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients at all organizational levels
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand service offerings and increase revenue within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with the sales and solutions teams to onboard new services tailored to client needs
  • Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all BCS services, including compliance, payroll, and corporate governance solutions
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of account managers to achieve high performance and professional growth
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and client-centricity within the team
  • Monitor account performance, including satisfaction scores, retention rates, and revenue growth
  • Present detailed reports and insights to senior leadership, offering actionable recommendations for improvement
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting BCS services
  • Provide strategic input to the product development team to enhance service offerings

Preferred Qualifications

  • Obtain an MBA
  • Have experience in business corporate services (BCS) or Employer of Record (EOR) solutions
