Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in HR management at companies with over 100 employees
  • BSc/BA in business, HR, social sciences, or related field; MSc/MA/MBA preferred
  • Proven track record as an HR Manager or similar role within the gaming industry
  • Experience in performance and change management
  • Proficiency in managing HRIS, ATS systems, and maintaining HR intranet
  • Expertise in HR consulting, leadership, coaching, facilitation, project management, labor relations, grievance management, and employment law
  • Strategic planning and implementation experience
  • Deep understanding of HR functions such as talent management and recruitment
  • Strong communication and public speaking skills
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent leadership qualities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Certification (e.g., PHR/SPHR) is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Formulate strategic HR plans and policies encompassing recruitment, training, and compensation
  • Develop growth-oriented organizational structures
  • Implement performance and change management strategies
  • Champion initiatives for equal opportunity and diversity
  • Manage labor relations and employee engagement
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices
  • Evaluate the efficiency of HR operations and policies
  • Streamline processes for optimal productivity
  • Forecast and address human resources needs
  • Foster collaborative relationships between management and staff
  • Contribute to workforce planning and business unit restructuring
  • Provide guidance on key business and HR initiatives
  • Coordinate disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • Interpret and communicate HR policies and legal requirements
  • Maintain accurate employee records
  • Oversee the entire employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding
  • Lead negotiations with HR consultancy agencies
  • Manage HR department activities, goals, systems, and budget
