Requirements

  • Experience: 10-12 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Expertise: Strong understanding of advertising effectiveness and measurement, growth marketing, and ad tech solutions
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving sales and achieving revenue targets
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively
  • Networking: Ability to build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, clients, and partners
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing market conditions
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and source new clients through various channels, including networking, industry events, and direct outreach
  • Conference Attendance: Represent Mozilla/Anonym at industry conferences and events, building relationships with potential clients and partners
  • Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our private measurement, targeting, and optimization solutions
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and drive business growth
  • Top-Level Funnel Work: Lead the initial stages of the sales process, including lead generation, and qualification
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client acquisition and retention
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management
