Requirements
- A minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing or demand generation, with a strong focus on digital channels
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns, specifically regarding pipeline and revenue management
- Strong project management skills with experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and initiatives
- Proficient in leveraging data analytics to inform marketing strategies and optimize performance
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate initiative in identifying opportunities for digital demand generation and engage with cross-functional teams to drive alignment with broader marketing initiatives
- Utilize analytics to inform strategies, optimize campaigns, and track performance against pipeline growth and marketing effectiveness
- Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders to ensure collaboration and alignment on marketing strategies
- Leverage knowledge in digital marketing tactics such as SEO, paid media, and content marketing to develop innovative strategies that drive scalable pipeline growth
- Understand and manage pipeline metrics, ensuring marketing initiatives effectively convert to opportunities and help achieve corporate targets
- Identify and execute digital strategies to drive scaled demand generation aligned with core Global Marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with the Integrated Marketing Management (IMM) and Digital teams to understand Global campaign plans and define additional regional digital tactics to enhance effectiveness
- Serve as the Digital strategy and plan subject matter expert across the Americas Field Marketing and Demand Generation team, providing guidance on best practices and innovative tactics
- Partner with the Scaled Growth and Corporate Marketing team to develop and deliver on pipeline targets for the Corporate business, ensuring that marketing initiatives are effectively translating into opportunities
- Work closely with the Scaled Growth team to identify and implement additional campaign strategies necessary to support achieving corporate pipeline targets, leveraging insights from previous campaigns
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of outbound programs, measuring key metrics such as engagement rates, pipeline contribution, and conversion rates
- Regularly review and optimize content and messaging to maximize performance and drive demand
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and technologies, including marketing automation (e.g., Marketo), CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics solutions
- Excellent copywriting skills for creating engaging digital content across various formats
