Summary
Join GoGlobal as a Portfolio Manager, focusing on the United States and Canada markets. You will be responsible for developing and growing your client portfolio, acting as a Subject Matter Expert in international expansion, and ensuring service excellence. The role involves driving portfolio profitability, identifying upselling opportunities, proactively resolving client issues, and collaborating with internal teams. You will provide regular management reporting and act as an entrepreneurial leader, balancing growth with operational excellence. Requirements
- Proven experience in portfolio or account management, business development, or client services, ideally within international expansion, legal, tax or consulting fields
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of generating revenue and managing client relationships across the US and Canada
- Excellent communication in English, problem solving and organisational skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow your portfolio by leveraging your network to source leads, secure new clients and expand existing relationships
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert in international expansion, providing pre-sales support and helping to close deals alongside our sales team
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensure service excellence and acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts
- Drive portfolio profitability through effective P&L management including revenue growth, cost control and risk mitigation
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across GoGlobalβs service lines
- Proactively resolve client issues, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the portfolio lifecycle
- Provide regular management reporting on portfolio performance, client opportunities and potential risks
- Act as an entrepreneurial leader β balancing growth initiatives with operational excellence, always thinking like a business owner
