Summary

Join Rubrik in Securing the World's Data as a Senior Manager, Global Deal Operations to oversee the management of the team building non-standard quotes and supporting GTM workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of all non-standard quoting workstreams and ensure process-driven processes/enablement while maximizing Rubrik’s efficiency
• Oversee the growth and development of a team of Deal Operations Analysts
• Oversee the providing of discount, margin guidance and deal structuring advice based upon understanding of overall deal portfolio, business strategy and competitive situation
• Effectively resolve and champion conflicts arising between internal operational processes and customer needs. Ensure appropriate expertise, review and approvals are applied to all non-standard deal workflows
• Create effective cross-functional and cross-organizational communication and teamwork by partnering with Revenue Accounting, CPQ, Sales Operations, Finance, Order Management and other internal corporate groups
• Works on issues that impact design/selling success or address future concepts, products or technologies. Simplifies needed actions between key decision makers and effectively advocates for needed progression on complex challenges
• Drive non-standard enablement & communication workstreams with Sales
