Summary

The job is for a Partnerships Manager at Underdog, a rapidly growing sports gaming company. Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a partnerships role
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience managing and developing direct reports

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative, inclusive and high performing environment
• Bring unique partnership opportunities to the table, staying ahead of industry trends and market dynamics
• Develop and execute creative engagement strategies to maximize the impact and reach of partnerships
• Conduct cold outreach to creators, agents, and agencies to identify and secure new partnership opportunities
• Handle inbound leads and evaluate potential partnerships to align with company objectives
• Lead negotiations for contracts and larger deals, ensuring favorable terms that drive value for both partners and the company
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, serving as the primary point of contact

Preferred Qualifications

• Gaming or sports industry experience
• Experience building partnerships with creators and influencers
• Experience working in a high-growth environment
