Summary

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a management role overseeing a team and promotional spend in the gaming industry
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Experience with customer journey mapping and enhancing customer experiences through promotions
• Proficiency in using marketing automation and CRM tools, particularly Optimove
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful promotional strategies

Responsibilities

• Oversee all promotional activities
• Develop and implement comprehensive promotional strategies
• Analyze the effectiveness of current promotional campaigns and propose enhancements
• Refine KPI approaches to understand promotional spend ROI
• Ensure clear communication and organization of promotional campaigns across departments

Preferred Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of sports, culture, fantasy sports, and sports betting, with a focus on industry evolution since 2018
• Expertise in leveraging emerging technologies, including AI and machine learning, to enhance promotional strategies and customer segmentation
• Advanced data analytics skills, with proficiency in tools like SQL and Python
• Proven experience in integrating promotional strategies into large-scale product roadmaps through project and product management
