Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in art direction, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role, ideally within an agency or creative environment
  • Experience in a highly conceptual environment
  • Agency and in-house experience
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to lead creative projects, develop visual concepts, and execute across various mediums (digital, print, advertising, etc.)
  • Exceptional design skills, with a keen eye for typography, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and with clients to deliver innovative design solutions
  • Experience mentoring and providing constructive feedback to junior designers
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools

Responsibilities

  • Lead the visual development and execution of creative concepts, ensuring they are both visually stunning and on-brand across a variety of media, including digital, print, social, video, and more
  • Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other team members to craft integrated creative solutions that are cohesive and strategically aligned with client goals
  • Oversee the design process from concept to final execution, ensuring the highest standards of design quality, innovation, and consistency
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior and mid-level designers, offering feedback, support, and opportunities for growth
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas that elevate the brand and push creative boundaries
  • Present creative concepts to clients and internal teams, articulating design decisions and the visual rationale behind them
  • Stay current with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to inspire new ideas and approaches
  • Maintain a strong understanding of brand strategy and ensure design solutions align with both the client’s objectives and the overall creative vision

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in tech and/or global brands
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, video production, or 3D design is a plus
  • A passion for design and a strong understanding of the latest trends in visual communication and digital design
  • Curiosity around using AI tools within the creative workflow

Benefits
