Join Zappi as the Senior Manager/Director, GTM Enablement and become a key member of the Product Marketing team. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product or GTM enablement, preferably including sales enablement; min 8+ years of experience GTM roles in SaaS or tech companies
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing content management systems and internal LMS platforms, like Highspot and WorkRamp (or similar and related tools for enablement)
  • Extensive experience in product enablement, particularly in high-growth environments, and understanding of the product release process
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
  • Ability to create clear, scalable processes and systems that make it easy for teams to stay aligned and up to date
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize internal learning systems: lead the strategy and execution for current systems (Highspot, WorkRamp) and future systems, ensuring these platforms are streamlined, user-friendly, and aligned with the needs of the business
  • Manage content workflows: collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure content is up to date and aligned with new product releases, ensuring that sales teams can easily access and use it
  • Lead product enablement initiatives: drive enablement for new product releases, ensuring the sales team is well-prepared with training materials, competitive insights, and best practices for selling the latest products (co-authored with product and product marketing)
  • Build and maintain scalable training processes: develop materials and processes for continuous training and product updates that are easily scalable, ensuring teams are always equipped with the most relevant information
  • Partner with cross-functional teams: work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure content and training are aligned across the GTM function
  • Establish clear guidelines for content consumption: make it clear to sales teams which products to sell, how to sell them, and make the process as straightforward as possible to drive (and track) success
  • Continuously improve the GTM ecosystem: identify and implement improvements to product and offering-related content management, training processes, and tools that will enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the GTM teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience driving enablement for complex product ecosystems, revamping and untangling existing ecosystems to rebuild with best practices, and managing content migration or restructuring projects

  • Salary range $125,000 - $150,000 per annum. Salaries are benchmarked annually
