Requirements
- A bachelorβs degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- At least 8 years of progressive experience, with recent work in pharmaceuticals preferred
- SOX expertise and experience supporting audit and compliance functions
- A proven track record of implementing and managing cloud-based applications (Veeva expertise is a plus)
- Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A passion for cybersecurity, innovation, and leveraging AI for business solutions
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance enterprise applications, systems, and data to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate across teams to troubleshoot issues, implement updates, and deliver exceptional customer service
- Drive the adoption of cloud-based solutions, cybersecurity best practices, and cutting-edge technologies
- Oversee adherence to regulatory policies, including ITGC/SOX and GxP standards, with a focus on governance and simplification
- Work with diverse departments such as Finance, HR, Legal, Clinical, and R&D to meet their technical needs
- Provide hands-on application support, user education, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations
