Summary

Join Sprout Social's Sales & Success team as a Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales, based remotely in Australia. Oversee a team of Enterprise and Corporate Account Executives, focusing on new business from large companies across various industries. Meet and exceed revenue, operational, and strategic goals while fostering team growth and development. Provide feedback to senior leadership on go-to-market strategies. This leadership role requires a strong B2B SaaS background, proven sales success, and a passion for developing top sales talent. The ideal candidate will be consultative, data-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 7 years of professional experience, with 3+ years of sales leadership experience
  • A consistent and measurable track record of success that you can easily speak to and highlight โ€“ both as an individual salesperson and as a leader within a sales organization
  • A deep understanding of complex Enterprise B2B SaaS sales solutions
  • Demonstrated passion for hiring, developing and coaching top sales talent

Responsibilities

  • Meet (and exceed) revenue, operational, and strategic goals as well as foster the professional growth, development and success of your team members
  • Spend time coaching, counseling and mentoring Account Executives in all aspects of sales and effectiveness
  • Provide timely and practical feedback to senior leadership for new and interesting go-to-market strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication skills and analytical acumen
  • Deep understanding of prospecting, opportunity management and closing in B2B SaaS
  • Expertise with Salesforce, Tableau, Marketo, Gong and Outreach a plus!
