Summary

Join Sprout Social as a Senior Manager, Large Enterprise Sales, based in Ireland or the UK, and lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives. This role requires a visionary sales leader to drive significant projects, improve sales processes, and lead large initiatives. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue, operational, and strategic goals, managing and coaching a team, connecting tactical sales operations with strategic goals, providing feedback to senior leadership, identifying and implementing process improvements, and leading cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience, with 2+ years in sales leadership roles
  • 3+ years of closing experience in Enterprise SaaS sales
  • Proven track record of success as both an individual salesperson and a sales leader
  • Deep understanding of complex Enterprise B2B SaaS sales solutions
  • Demonstrated passion for hiring, developing, and coaching top sales talent

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed revenue, operational, and strategic goals, driving measurable results contributing to team and organizational growth
  • Manage and coach a team of Enterprise Account Executives, focusing on all aspects of sales effectiveness and fostering their professional growth and development
  • Connect tactical sales operations with strategic goals, ensuring team activities contribute to Sprout Social's long-term objectives
  • Provide timely and practical feedback to senior leadership on market trends and go-to-market strategies, informing strategic decisions
  • Identify and implement improvements to sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead initiatives that require advanced problem-solving and cross-departmental coordination, ensuring alignment across the organization
