Join Sword Health, a Forbes Best Startup Employer, and become our Senior Manager of Events. Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of Sword Health's event presence across various segments. You will own the planning and execution of Sword’s presence at key events, design and deliver experiences driving measurable outcomes, and partner with cross-functional teams. Track performance and ROI, using post-event insights to refine strategy. This role requires 5–10 years of experience leading B2B event strategy and operations, ideally in healthcare, SaaS, or high-growth environments. Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience leading B2B event strategy and operations, ideally in healthcare, SaaS, or high-growth environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous events with sharp attention to detail and speed of execution
• Hands-on experience with booth design, vendor management, lead capture systems, and conference logistics
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to turn strategic objectives into memorable event experiences

Responsibilities

• Own the planning and execution of Sword’s presence at key events—industry conferences, hosted gatherings, and executive engagements
• Design and deliver experiences that drive measurable outcomes, with a focus on generating and nurturing high-quality prospects
• Partner with creative, content, and commercial teams to ensure each event aligns with brand, messaging, and business goals
• Track performance and ROI, using post-event insights to refine strategy and prioritize future investments
