Requirements

  • Establish annual objectives and execution of tactics to meet MeridianLink objectives
  • Provide guidance and direction to subordinates within the parameters of MeridianLink policies
  • Demonstrate verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Interpret financials within the scope of MeridianLink's impact and longevity
  • Execute financials, business planning, organizational priorities, and workforce
  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience
  • Have experience in finance transformation, management consulting, or a related role in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven organization. Demonstrate proven experience leading complex, cross-functional finance transformation programs with measurable impact on business performance
  • Have experience with financial systems implementation and optimizing financial processes such as order-to-cash (OTC), procure-to-pay (P2P), and financial reporting within SaaS environments
  • Lead large-scale finance transformation initiatives with cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting executives
  • Have experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar approaches
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
  • Develop and lead change management strategies, ensuring successful adoption of initiatives, and minimizing disruption
  • Have experience in data-driven decision-making and developing insights from business metrics
  • Demonstrate proficiency in leveraging data for process optimization and finance transformation

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage large-scale, cross-functional finance transformation programs, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives, and drive initiatives focused on financial process optimization, operational scalability, and efficiency
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, particularly the CFO and finance teams, to prioritize initiatives and ensure alignment across the business. Act as a key advisor to executives on operational improvements and strategic execution
  • Develop plans, roadmaps, and timelines for initiatives while identifying and mitigating risks while maintaining a focus on program objectives and deliverables
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining financial processes, optimizing financial workflows, and reducing inefficiencies across the finance and accounting functions through leveraging industry best practices and data-driven insights to implement sustainable changes
  • Develop and lead change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of transformation efforts across the business through implementing effective communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans to foster buy-in and reduce resistance to change
  • Lead cross-functional project teams and foster collaboration across finance, accounting, IT, operations, and other departments to ensure initiatives are executed cohesively
  • Use advanced analytics and key performance metrics to track progress, measure success, refine initiatives, and ensure programs drive measurable business outcomes, including revenue growth, cost savings, and operational efficiency
