Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Summary

Join our team as a Senior Manager, FP&A and play a critical role in driving the financial health and strategic decision-making of our organization. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders across five business units. This position will involve leading financial planning processes, developing data-driven strategies, analyzing performance, and providing insights to leadership. You will also manage and mentor a team of FP&A professionals, fostering a culture of excellence. This role requires strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in financial modeling, and excellent communication abilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Healthcare or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, management consulting, investment banking, healthcare administration / finance, or other relevant fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and tools such as Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Lead aspects of the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes across all business units
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and align financial plans with strategic objectives, across all business units
• Develop and execute data-driven financial strategies that align with overall company objectives
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analyses
• Partner with leadership to evaluate investment opportunities, cost optimization initiatives, and other strategic projects
• Build financial models to assess the impact of business decisions and scenarios
• Provide strategic financial analysis and actionable insights to senior management and the Board of Directors
• Manage and mentor a team of FP&A professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities
