Summary

Join InvoiceCloud as a Sr. Manager of FP&A, a senior leadership role reporting to the Director of FP&A. Lead the Corporate FP&A function, working closely with senior leaders. You will be responsible for end-to-end financial planning and analysis, supporting strategic decisions and management reporting. The ideal candidate will have deep FP&A experience and demonstrate thought leadership. This role involves leading the annual budgeting process, monthly re-forecasting, business analysis, and developing financial analytics and reporting. You will also establish a culture of continuous improvement and drive the long-range planning process.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis with demonstrated ability and track record of success in team leadership and business partnership
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information and develop insights and recommendations
  • Demonstrated track record of partnership with all levels of an organization
  • Self-motivated, ambitious problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset

Responsibilities

  • Lead annual budgeting process by partnering with cross functional business partners to develop actionable and measurable assumptions and track progress throughout the year
  • Drive monthly re-forecasting process with input from functional business partners and executive team
  • Support broader business analysis and decision making by identifying opportunities and insights approaching data with a curious and analytical mindset
  • Deliver new financial analytics and monthly reporting activities by leveraging systems and new processes to streamline routine and ad hoc reporting
  • Develop a repeatable cash flow and balance sheet forecast cadence by solving for efficiencies in current processes
  • Analyze multiple sources of financial information and bridge the gap between data and storytelling
  • Establish a culture of continuous improvement with a focus on helping the FP&A team be successful. Automate, refine, and implement processes and tools, both within Finance and supporting business functions
  • Drive the long-range planning process through collaboration with the FP&A business partners
  • Lead/support other company and CFO organization initiatives and projects as needed
  • Familiarize yourself with the business including the organizational structure and product offerings
  • Understand the financial systems and existing reporting structure
  • Build relationships with key business partners
  • Take ownership for reporting, forecasting and managing the processes
  • Become the SME point person for Adaptive day-to-day management and lead projects with consultants
  • Support your team and business partners to ensure financial and operational goals are appropriately planned and executed
  • Identify opportunities for improvement on monthly reporting and forecasting processes and develop a plan to implement changes
  • Evaluate current cash forecasting modeling and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and accuracy
  • Support the Director, FP&A in ad hoc projects and analyses

Preferred Qualifications

  • FinTech, Software or SaaS experience
  • Experience with Adaptive Planning

  • Base Compensation Range: ($140,000 to $160,000.00) annually
  • Annual bonus or commission
