Summary

Join Wealthsimple as a Senior Growth Engagement Manager and play a pivotal role in achieving ambitious growth targets for Wealthsimple Cash. You will develop and execute growth strategies, analyze funnels and A/B test results, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor a team of lifecycle marketers. This role requires a bias for action, strong problem-solving skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and advanced analytical skills. You will leverage owned channels and work with the acquisition team to drive growth across the funnel. Reporting to the Director of Growth Engagement and Lifecycle Marketing, you will significantly impact Wealthsimple Cash's expansion. Wealthsimple offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Requirements

  • Possess a bias for action: Be a proactive self-starter who executes swiftly, makes logical decisions with limited information, and drives projects forward with urgency
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills: Excel at tackling complex, ambiguous challenges, developing innovative solutions, and crafting effective strategies to drive outsized impact
  • Exhibit excellent collaboration skills: Be an expert in cross-functional teamwork, effectively communicating ideas and integrating marketing strategies across departments to foster cohesive, data-driven growth initiatives
  • Be analytical: Be proficient in advanced analytics techniques, with a talent for translating complex data into actionable insights that inform decision-making and shape strategic direction

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a growth roadmap to reach 2025 targets, using owned channels, incentives, product initiatives, and paid acquisition
  • Analyze funnels, run A/B tests, and measure channel and campaign impact to refine strategies and influence the product roadmap
  • Foster cross-functional collaborations to drive cohesive growth initiatives
  • Lead and mentor a small team of lifecycle marketers, aligning efforts with growth objectives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have launched channels from scratch that became a primary growth lever
  • Have experience bringing key business metrics from zero to one
  • Be comfortable getting your hands dirty and working on ambiguous problems
  • Work well with cross-functional teams, particularly data, product and engineering. Have strong analytical skills and can leverage insights to prioritize your work, influence others, and make decisions quickly
