Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns for key personas and priority product lines
  • Lead execution of global campaigns across marketing channels, including email, paid social, paid search, sales teams, and more
  • Oversee the implementation process, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders on objectives and timelines
  • Manage database optimizations in Hubspot and Salesforce
  • Drive marketing operations projects as necessary
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to set target goals and manage campaign budgets
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reports on campaign performance to share with the team and leadership
  • Identify optimization opportunities and work with partner teams to drive improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Demand Generation and campaign marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS
  • Excellent communicator, skilled at working across global teams and navigating cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong project management skills, capable of coordinating multiple projects across diverse teams while meeting deadlines
  • Extensive experience with various marketing channels, including events, digital ads, CRM, and social media
  • Results-driven, with the ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Highly collaborative team player known for breaking down silos and fostering team success
