Summary

The position requires US citizenship, a Bachelor's degree, 10 years of HR experience, federal government contracting experience in either DOE or DoD, and proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight and management of Management Solutions’ HR and Talent Acquisition functions
  • Develop and implement departmental budget
  • Lead HR team to develop, implement, and execute HR strategies across Management Solutions' portfolio
  • Implement and optimize applicant tracking, HRIS, and other HR and talent acquisition platforms
  • Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training initiatives, and surveys to support the organization’s human resource compliance, corporate culture, and strategy needs
  • Lead Talent Acquisition team to develop, implement, and execute Talent Acquisition strategies across Management Solutions' portfolio
  • Proactively research and apply current HR best practices, policies, industry trends and employment laws to ensure compliance and competitiveness
  • Lead workforce planning initiatives
  • Create guidelines that facilitate internal advancements
  • Manage firmwide succession planning
  • Oversee organizational charts and list the duties associated with each position
  • Oversee and communicate career-pathing choices with team leaders and high-potential personnel
  • Oversee Management Solutions orientation program for new employees
  • Serve as hands-on mentor and Supervisor for our HR and Talent Acquisition teams
  • Facilitate professional development, training, and certification activities for HR staff
  • Serve on Management Solutions Senior Leadership team; participate in weekly, monthly, and annual strategic planning sessions
