Join Management Solutions as a Head of Human Resources to oversee and shape the organization's HR and talent acquisition, ensuring they attract, retain, and develop top talent while maintaining strategic objectives. This role is critical for organizational strategy and cross-functional systems integrations. The position requires US citizenship, a Bachelor's degree, 10 years of HR experience, federal government contracting experience in either DOE or DoD, and proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and management of Management Solutions’ HR and Talent Acquisition functions
• Develop and implement departmental budget
• Lead HR team to develop, implement, and execute HR strategies across Management Solutions' portfolio
• Implement and optimize applicant tracking, HRIS, and other HR and talent acquisition platforms
• Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training initiatives, and surveys to support the organization’s human resource compliance, corporate culture, and strategy needs
• Lead Talent Acquisition team to develop, implement, and execute Talent Acquisition strategies across Management Solutions' portfolio
• Proactively research and apply current HR best practices, policies, industry trends and employment laws to ensure compliance and competitiveness
• Lead workforce planning initiatives
• Create guidelines that facilitate internal advancements
• Manage firmwide succession planning
• Oversee organizational charts and list the duties associated with each position
• Oversee and communicate career-pathing choices with team leaders and high-potential personnel
• Oversee Management Solutions orientation program for new employees
• Serve as hands-on mentor and Supervisor for our HR and Talent Acquisition teams
• Facilitate professional development, training, and certification activities for HR staff
• Serve on Management Solutions Senior Leadership team; participate in weekly, monthly, and annual strategic planning sessions
