Requirements
- 7+ years in internal communications, employee engagement, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Bachelorβs degree in communications, Public Relations, Human Resources, or a related field. A Masterβs degree is a plus
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to create strategic communication plans and execute them successfully
- Experience in vision, culture and values communications
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of how to partner with multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence across various levels of the organization
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy which aligns with culture, values, and business objectives
- Design and implement initiatives that foster employee engagement, ensuring consistent messaging across various platforms, including intranets, newsletters, town halls, and social media
- Craft compelling and creative content that effectively communicates key messages related to employee experience, change management, mission, vision and values
- Partner closely with our client stakeholders, which includes leadership, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and strategy
