Summary

Join AUTO1 Group as a Senior Project Manager and play a pivotal role in analyzing and monitoring people health KPIs across European operations. Analyze and monitor people health KPIs, identify trends and areas for improvement, coordinate targeted measures with local People teams, and work with the SVP People & Operations to increase employee retention and productivity. Partner with the team to identify data gaps and lead the development and execution of surveys. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to employee experience, engagement, and productivity. Collaborate with local People teams to design and implement targeted initiatives. Develop, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of dashboards and regular reporting for people health metrics. Lead cross-functional projects to increase employee retention and productivity, aligning with business objectives. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making within the People Team. This role offers full-time remote work with flexible hours and a modern work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in People/HR roles, focusing on people analytics, employee engagement, or organizational development, ideally in a hypergrowth or fast-paced international environment
  • Proven project management skills with a strategic, hands-on approach, and experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with HRIS, people analytics tools, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and monitor people health KPIs (engagement, retention, absenteeism, turnover, eNPS) across all European markets, delivering actionable insights to leadership
  • Partner with the team to identify data gaps and lead the development and execution of surveys to gather missing information
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to employee experience, engagement, and productivity
  • Collaborate with local People teams to design and implement targeted initiatives addressing improvement areas
  • Develop, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of dashboards and regular reporting for people health metrics
  • Lead cross-functional projects to increase employee retention and productivity, aligning with business objectives
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making within the People Team

Preferred Qualifications

Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus
