Join ROIΒ·DNA as a Senior Manager, Paid Social and lead high-impact paid social campaigns. You will drive innovation, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and report to the Associate Team Director, Paid Social. This role requires a strategic, data-driven approach, leveraging expertise in various social media platforms. You will develop and execute strategies, manage budgets, analyze performance data, and mentor team members. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in paid social media, strong analytical skills, and exceptional presentation abilities. Requirements
- 5+ years of paid social execution and strategy, with a proven ability to scale B2B campaigns and drive measurable results
- Deep expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and other key social ad platforms, with a strong grasp of platform nuances and best practices
- Experience forecasting, managing, and optimizing large-scale paid social budgets across multiple platforms to maximize efficiency and impact
- Sharp analytical skills, with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, Looker, and/or Tableau to interpret performance data and inform strategy
- A data-driven mindset, with a knack for translating complex metrics into clear, actionable insights and compelling client narratives
- Proven experience in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and lead generation strategies, with a strong understanding of what works in B2B demand generation
- Hands-on experience with CRM integrations, marketing automation, and pixel tracking, helping our analytics team ensure seamless data flow between platforms
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, juggling multiple priorities while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- A strong creative eye, working closely with designers and content teams to help inform and develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging
- Forward-thinking and innovative, always testing and optimizing new trends, ad formats, and targeting capabilities to stay ahead of the curve
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to transform complex data into clear, compelling, and visually engaging presentation slides that drive action and instill client confidence
- Comfortable presenting to clients and executives, delivering insights in a clear, engaging, and confident manner that builds trust and reinforces expertise
- A natural mentor and collaborator, helping your teams and junior team members refine their paid social expertise and execution skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-impact paid social strategies that align with client goals, ensuring buy-in and success
- Lead paid social strategy and serve as a trusted consultant, guiding clients on best practices in audience segmentation, targeting, bidding strategies, and creative optimization
- Manage and optimize substantial monthly paid social investments across LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram, Reddit, etc
- Own end-to-end paid social campaign execution, from setup and deployment to ongoing optimization, performance analysis, and reporting
- Analyze paid social performance data to uncover meaningful insights, translating results into clear, actionable recommendations
- Identify opportunities for innovation, testing new ad formats, targeting methods, and bidding strategies to improve efficiency and scale
- Collaborate with creative teams to test and refine ad copy, visuals, and messaging for better engagement and conversion rates
- Partner with paid search, programmatic, and analytics teams to develop integrated media strategies that maximize impact across channels
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including algorithm updates, platform innovations, and competitive activity, and proactively adjust strategies accordingly
- Improve efficiency and scalability by helping to refine internal processes, implementing automation, and contributing to paid social playbooks
- Mentor and train team members on best practices in paid social strategy, execution, and measurement
- Confidently lead client meetings and presentations, providing clear strategic guidance, performance insights, and recommendations to optimize results
Preferred Qualifications
Bonus points for experience across other digital channels, including SEM, programmatic, display, and SEO, with an understanding of how they complement paid social
