Summary

The Senior Manager role at OPEN Health's Patient Engagement group focuses on capturing the voice of patient thought leaders to tell their stories in an engaging manner. The team conducts in-depth interviews with patients, writes patient stories, and ensures compliance with guidelines. The versatile storywriters create various types of content for different channels.

Requirements

• Previous patient engagement experience with a biopharmaceutical company or patient engagement agency
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in marketing, journalism, or health communication
• An empathic, compassionate communication style
• Strong writing, editing, and researching skills
• Ability to pay close attention to detail while working on multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Conducting research for various disease states and learning about their impact on patients
• Writing patient stories and other deliverables in the patients’ authentic voice
• Collaborating with a 100% remote team
