Summary

Lexion is a fast-growing startup seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager to join their team and help drive growth through compelling content creation. The role involves creating effective TOF content across various channels, collaborating with departments, and developing creative solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience working as a writer or content marketer, especially in B2B
• A familiarity with SEO best practices and other strategies for driving organic growth
• Capacity to produce a high volume of quality content
• Strong understanding of brand voice and personality (and how to put them to use)
• Ability to give (and take) constructive feedback

Responsibilities

• Create effective, goal-oriented TOF content across blogs, ebooks, social media, video, and other media
• Work with Marketing, Sales, Product, and other departments to ensure content is aligned with business goals and supports key marketing metrics
• Get to know Lexion’s brand, product, and audiences and develop creative, goal-oriented content that ties them all together
• Translate brand and product positioning and key messages into content that reinforces Lexion’s leadership in contracting, automation, and AI

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with video production is a plus
