Summary

The Senior Content Marketing Manager at Apollo.io will be responsible for creating and delivering content programs to increase the activation and retention of users. The ideal candidate has a well-rounded marketing background, is an exceptional writer, project manager, and collaborator, and has experience in B2B sales or as a small business owner.

Requirements

• 7+ years in a relevant marketing or content marketing role, preferably including at least 1-2 years in a high-growth startup environment
• A portfolio of extraordinary content you’ve created and deployed in-market
• The ability to track, measure, and report on the efficacy of your programs
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Hubspot, search-engine optimization tools, Google Analytics, and other critical pieces of the marketing technology stack
• Experience managing contractor and agency relationships as part of the content creation process

Responsibilities

• Own various content programs from end-to-end, including production, editing, publication, distribution, promotion, and reporting
• Coordinate with other stakeholders at Apollo, customers, and subject matter experts to create a pipeline of extraordinary content
• Work collaboratively with across Apollo to uplevel the efficacy of our content programs, introduce them to users at the right time, and drive results for the business
• Lead the production, distribution, and marketing of Apollo’s first-ever printed books, creating and defining a category
