Senior Manager, Reporting Services

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting services
• 5+ years of experience leading reporting strategy for senior stakeholders such as CFOs, finance leaders, and business decision-makers
• Proven success managing client-facing teams in data delivery, with both backend and frontend reporting expertise
• Strong knowledge of ETL pipelines, data modeling, and database management
• Proficiency in modern reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Solid project management capabilities with experience managing multiple concurrent client projects
• Familiarity with the Azure cloud platform and DevOps practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a client-facing team to deliver high-quality reporting solutions
• Oversee the full reporting lifecycle—from data acquisition and transformation to dashboard delivery—ensuring accuracy and usability
• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into custom reporting solutions
• Drive the implementation of backend data structures, including ETL processes, data modeling, and warehousing
• Deliver actionable, user-friendly visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Establish and maintain best practices for data architecture, transformation processes, and visualization standards
• Work cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, and Services Delivery teams to ensure timely and effective implementations
• Present reporting insights and outcomes to clients, transforming complex data into digestible and strategic recommendations
• Champion continuous improvement by adopting new reporting tools, methodologies, and performance metrics
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the department/company
