Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, integrated marketing, or revenue marketing, preferably in SaaS
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth
- Strong background in managing multi-channel campaigns, including content marketing, webinars, email nurture tracks, and digital channels
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot), CRM systems (Salesforce), and ABM tools (6sense, UserGems)
- Data-driven mindset with experience in pipeline reporting, attribution modeling, and campaign performance analysis
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for problem-solving, innovation, and driving business outcomes
Responsibilities
- Architect and lead integrated marketing campaigns that align with business growth goals, leveraging webinars, events, content marketing, paid media, nurture programs and more
- Utilize intent data to target high-value accounts and improve engagement
- Own and manage quarterly pipeline targets related to your campaigns
- Regularly report on campaign performance, including key metrics like lead generation, conversion rates, and pipeline impact
- Use data to identify areas for improvement and continually optimize campaigns for better results
- Partner closely with Sales and BDR teams to support outbound strategies and ensure seamless lead handoff and pipeline acceleration
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Content, Sales, and Revenue Operations to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated campaign execution
- Foster a culture of experimentation, continuously testing and optimizing marketing tactics to improve conversion rates and drive scalable growth
