Senior Marketing Manager, Regional Growth

Summary

Join Kraken's Regional Growth team as a remote marketer and contribute to the expansion of Kraken's presence in several European countries. You will develop and execute marketing strategies to increase market share, grow new users, and improve customer lifecycle performance. Leverage global campaigns and create localized content to resonate with regional audiences. This role requires a deep understanding of the crypto market, marketing analytics, and experience in a regulated environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and measure results to optimize marketing effectiveness. Requirements

• 7+ years in a marketing role where you autonomously developed marketing strategies and delivered successful campaigns
• A proven track record in growing new users in a highly competitive environment
• Regional expertise (language, culture, etc) in one or multiple of the following countries: France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Poland
• Advanced crypto knowledge including how crypto products work, crypto revenue models, and the crypto players in your region
• Experience with marketing in a regulated business, preferably in financial services
• Strong knowledge of marketing analytics including key ratios and performance metrics, attribution modeling, and A/B testing. Proven use of analytical tools and MarTech

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies to bolster Kraken’s market share in region, while working with cross-functional teams to execute
• Grow new users in-region and improve performance across their customer lifecycle including initial onboarding, trading, and growth across Kraken’s product suite
• Leverage global campaigns, creatives, content, and brand guidelines to localize according to the preferences of regional audiences
• Develop local-first ideas that uniquely position Kraken’s brand and persuade potential customers to take our calls to action
• Roll your sleeves up - this may include producing content, planning events, bolstering Kraken web pages, localizing ads, and much more. We are looking for versatile marketers that can work with others and do it themselves when necessary
• Measure results; work with our data to understand marketing performance and make recommendations to adjust for greater effectiveness
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
