Requirements

  • 6 years experience within a Medicare/Medicare Advantage sales operations environment
  • 3 years of experience working with insurance broker contracting and broker onboarding departments
  • Previous experience managing a team
  • High efficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Experience working across multiple sources of data, spreadsheets, and dashboards to provide high impact results
  • Experience thinking strategically about workflows and processes to drive constant improvement and optimization

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the key components of a Medicare Advantage Sales Operations team and vendors and lead key projects. This includes managing the functions associated with broker lifecycle listed below and spearheading our annual remote selling platform initiative
  • Broker contracting and onboarding
  • Broker portal and ongoing communications
  • Commissions
  • Oversee the development of Sales Operations reporting and proactively evaluate performance metrics and resources to improve sales operations procedures and processes
  • Work cross-functionally, including with field sales, marketing, customer experience, and compliance teams on strategic initiatives and project implementations

  • Lead a high performing team to drive a variety of projects over the finish line
  • Proactive communicator and pride yourself in your ability to be clear, honest, and timely
  • Comfortable with autonomy and have proven success building operations from the ground up
  • Proven proficiency in project management and prioritization, with the ability to navigate multiple competing priorities at once
  • Mission-driven and are passionate about improving the lives of Medicare eligibles across the country
