Requirements

  • Work experience in Sales Operations and/or at a management consulting firm, investment bank, technology company or comparable experience
  • Experience building business models and conducting sophisticated analysis
  • Able to credibly and compellingly present and debate recommendations with senior leadership
  • Proactive: capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations
  • Advanced/Fluent in English, as you will be working with international stakeholders across all regions
  • A team player who works collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of functions, backgrounds, and working styles
  • Salesforce knowledge: prior experience working with Salesforce as a CRM
  • Find interest in championing the Wellhub product and mission

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the foundations of sales operations - e.g. building territories, setting targets, optimizing book of accounts, planning for budget budget, etc
  • Manage variable compensation model, targets and attainment
  • Execute and scaling day-to-day operational processes - e.g. defining OKRs, tracking performance, driving forecasting, reporting business results, etc
  • Play a pivotal role in our annual strategic planning process by making recommendations in areas such as go-to-market strategy, how to restructure/grow teams, and improve rep productivity
  • Monitor metrics and proactively bring insights to the Sales leadership team. Highlight best-performing regions and identify drivers behind over and under-performance
  • Develop data-driven decisions on topics including: forecasting, growth/churn strategy, territory optimization, process improvement, sales incentive design, and product mix analysis
  • Establish working relationships with Commercial leaders (globally) and other cross-functional teams. Influence and provide thoughtful and well argumented challenges to them in order to achieve the best business solutions possible
  • Manage the CRM (Salesforce) as well as other sales tools to foster a more structured management of Wellhub commercial activities. Identify gaps of functioning, build cases, and influence stakeholders for improvements
  • Effectively manage and be knowledgeable of the data, while also being able own the overall sales strategy and planning deliverables. Ability to prioritize the main tasks - among several others- that will add the most value to Wellhub. Remain focused on strategic initiatives and not mostly in operational ones
